When I fax in or e-mail my form, how do I know that you've received it?
A: During office hours (M-F 10 am - 5 pm, Pacific time), we will
e-mail you within 24hrs. to confirm the order.
Q:
What if the cartridge does not function
properly?
A: We guarantee all our cartridges and if you are unhappy with any
of them, we will be happy to refund your money. You must e-mail a request for a
return authorization number & pre-pay any return postage.

Q: Are your cartridges refilled or reconditioned?
A: We ONLY sell BRAND NEW COMPATIBLE cartridges.
High resolution printers like the Epson do not do well with
refilled/re-manufactured cartridges. A number of cartridge venders do not offer
refills for Epson due to the print head sensitivity. Strict quality control and
the use of the best available inks and sponges insures 100% functionality! Our
cartridges are all ISO 9002 approved!

Q: Do you carry cartridges for other printer makes like
Canon, HP, Apple?
